Elaine has two decades of experience in real estate marketing and sales. She has served on the Board of Directors for USA+ Foundation for the past 25 years. Over the years, USA+ has been the lead sponsor for many charitable organizations across the USA. In 2015 Elaine founded The Cannabis Foundation, formerly Daner’s Hope Foundation, in the wake of her brother’s diagnosis with pancreatic cancer. Her vision for the foundation is to empower and educate people in the use of medical cannabis and investing in human scientific research to find the cures for a multitude of illnesses.

Lisa is a results-driven professional, with a 30-year career leading sales and business operations for high-growth organizations. She has had repeated success guiding cross-functional teams, forging solid relationships with strategic partners and simplifying processes. The past 6 years researching and developing therapeutics within the Cannabis industry aligns her passion and knowledge with her aim to give back to the community.
Adam provides strategic legal guidance and counsel, protecting the Company’s intellectual property, business interests, patents, and trademarks. He has successfully negotiated business agreements in licensing, trademark co-existence, intellectual property and various settlement agreements with companies such as SALT LIFE, UNDER ARMOUR, The United States Olympic Committee (USOC), Blue Cross of America, The National Football Players Association, Queen Latifah, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and other international corporations. In his free-time, Adam likes to write short stories, poetry and has recently started a horror novel.
